Position: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist/Speech Therapy Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist or Bilingual Speech Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, skilled in providing individualized therapy, and able to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language evaluations and/or therapy services to pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the therapy team.
  • Support functional communication, speech clarity, and language development in everyday routines.
  • Educate and empower families through home programming and carryover strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Texas state licensure requirements and clinic policies.
  • Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists to provide integrated care.
Requirements
  • For SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current Texas SLP license
    .
  • For SLPA: Completion of an accredited SLPA program and current Texas SLPA license
    .
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). If not bilingual, we are also hiring English-speaking SLPs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and families.
  • Passion for pediatric therapy and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pediatric experience in outpatient or school-based settings.
  • Familiarity with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication).
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic about serving diverse communities.
