Accounting & Tax Manager

Established in 1999, ERI Group is registered in Singapore with branches across Asia. We provide one-stop services to businesses in Singapore to ensure compliance with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) requirements.

Lead and manage a team to deliver timely, accurate accounting and tax services for multiple clients while providing expert advisory on tax planning, compliance, and incentives to support business growth and regulatory adherence.

• Lead team building, training, and assign work to ensure timely completion of client accounting and tax outsourcing projects with high quality
• Monitor and manage workflow to maintain accuracy and compliance in accounting and tax deliverablesi>
• Oversee all accounting and tax services including negotiating quotations, preparing tax computations, and managing tax e-filing processes
• Review team outputs for accuracy and regulatory compliance to uphold service standards
• Provide accounting and tax advisory services including tax planning, incentives, exemptions, and compliance guidance to clients
• Respond to client queries professionally and promptly to maintain strong client relationships
• Perform statistical analysis and prepare departmental reports to support management decisions
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the General Director

• Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of management experience in accounting or related roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Quick Books and MYOB

• ACCA membership or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is an advantage
• Experience in managerial roles within accounting firms is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
