We are seeking a passionate, student-centered 4th Grade Self‑Contained Classroom Teacher to join our dedicated elementary team. This position includes full responsibility for delivering core curriculum instruction in a supportive environment with small class sizes and strong instructional support.
As a district in a Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) application year, we are committed to rewarding excellence in teaching and providing meaningful opportunities for professional growth and recognition.

- Delivery of rigorous, engaging instruction in Reading/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies aligned with the Bluebonnet Learning Curriculum.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver differentiated instruction aligned to state standards and the Bluebonnet curriculum.
- Create a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Develop lesson plans that promote critical thinking and student engagement.
- Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
- Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with grade‑level teams and instructional coaches.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Participate in professional development and district initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state teaching certification (Elementary or EC‑6 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of elementary core curriculum and instructional best practices.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
