MS​/HS Principal

Rosebud-Lott ISD is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader who is passionate about building relationships and supporting the whole child to serve as our Middle School/High School Principal. We are looking for someone who will be visible on campus, approachable to students and staff, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can succeed.

The Principal will serve as the instructional leader of the campus, working closely with teachers to strengthen classroom practices, support professional growth, and use data to guide meaningful improvement. This role also includes overseeing daily campus operations while fostering a positive, respectful school culture that values accountability, collaboration, and strong communication. Above all, the Principal will champion student success, academically, socially, and emotionally, while building strong partnerships with families and the community.
