Location: Lindale

This contract opportunity positioned near Lindale, TX, is full-time (up to 40 hours weekly) and ideally suited for professionals who thrive working on-site within schools. Qualifications:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with psycho educational assessments, counseling, and consultation within school environments
  • Strong understanding of IEPs, Response to Intervention (RTI), and special education processes
  • Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical standards and professional best practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students, interpreting data to support learning and behavioral goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and parents to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
  • Support teachers and staff with behavioral interventions, classroom strategies, and consultation on student needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
