Key

Roles and Responsibilities

* Operate & monitor High Pressure Boiler/ Gas Turbine/ Steam Turbine and Demin Plant/ERP/Wastewater plant

* Able to understand logic.

* Have awareness about the HSSE practices in the process plants.

* Ability to read and trace P&

* Able to understand Kraftwerk Kennzeichen System

* Understands overall plant process, different utilities and customers

* Perform Shutdown, Isolation and preparation of equipment for Maintenance activities.

* Perform Normalisation and preparation for Start Up.

* Perform routine inspections and identify and report defects

* Perform routine burner Gun cleaning (FO and waste liquids)

* Adjust blowdown and chemical feed based on water/steam quality

* Perform continuous monitoring of boiler parameters through trend and alarms

* Perform boiler start ups, swing overs, and line up/charge up the steam header

* Perform boiler shutdown

* Perform corrective actions to process upsets (boiler trips, burner trips, FD fan trips,etc)

* Monitor and evaluate boiler performance and detect anomalies, and respond accordingly

Qualifications and Experience

* Minimum Diploma with relevant engineering qualification

* Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in power plant

* Strong analytical skills, Team player with strong communication / interpersonal skills.
