AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and optimization on AIGC large models for 3D generation to improve the model's generation quality, inference speed, diversity and cont rollability.
• Drive the industrial deployment and product implementation of 3D generation models.

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics or related majors; candidates with top-tier papers in the AIGC field are preferred.
• Prior experience in one of the following directions is preferred: 3D generation, diffusion models, 3D texture mapping, 3D material generation, motion generation, 3D digital human generation, 4D animation generation, UE or Blender engine.
• Hands‑on experience in using and training generative models including Diffusion, DiT, GAN, Control Net, LoRA, IP‑Adapter, In painting and super‑resolution models is preferred.
• In‑depth understanding of 3D representation methods is preferred, including NeRF, SDF, Gaussian Splatting, Flexi Cubes, etc.
• Experience in building and processing 3D datasets (character, object, scene) is preferred.
• Proficient in Python, with mastery of at least one deep learning framework.
• Strong coding capability is preferred, e.g., ACM Regional Contest gold medal winners or contributors to influential open‑source projects.
• Strong self‑motivation, learning ability, communication skills and team spirit.
