Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans to achieve store goals;
Supervise store operations in the Store Manager's absence and ensure departments meet standards;
Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments and maintain high levels of customer service;
Monitor inventory movement, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability;
Promote and sell services and merchandise while upholding company policies and internal controls
