Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store and implementing action plans to achieve departmental goals;
Supervise in the Store Manager's absence and direct staff to ensure responsibilities are completed;
Contribute to recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel;
Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments and maintain high-quality customer service;
Promote and sell services and merchandise while upholding company policies and internal controls
