Maintenance Oiler Journeyman

Kiewit is looking for a Maintenance Oiler Journeyman for their project located in Gail, TX.

• Up to $25 per hour.
• Must be willing to work additional overtime, weekends and nights when required.
• All offers are contingent on your ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol and non DOT physical test.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or previous years of experience in the field or related area.
• Strong working knowledge, skills and abilities for the position.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision.
• Proficient in safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools, layout tools and measurement tools.

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl – constantly moving around a construction/industrial site.
• Will be exposed to changing outdoor weather conditions and a noisy, dusty environment.
• Work irregular hours, weekends, overtime and holidays as required.
• May need to use ladders, mechanical platforms, manlifts, scaffolds, or other equipment to access areas up to 200 feet high.
• Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds across the construction/industrial site.
• Must have required tools.
• Must observe and comply with all safety and project rules and perform other duties as required.
