ISS Facility Management - 65 PITTS STATION RD - Responsibilities:
Perform general handyman tasks around the facility including door repairs, light mechanical, light plumbing repairs, painting, patching, light bulb replacement, and other general laborer tasks as directed by the Manager;
Resolve client work order requests on computer-based work order system;
Assist tradesmen with repair, adjustment and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and associated equipment;
Perform and document maintenance and repairs in a timely and accurate manner;
Maintain HS&E standards and a clean, safe workspace
