The Sales & Service Bulk Rep DOT is responsible for delivering Ben E. Keith beverages to customers’ retail locations on an assigned route. The Bulk Rep DOT will adhere to a delivery schedule, verify the accuracy of each order, fill cooler windows and back stock, rotate product, and ensure a great delivery experience by removing all cardboard and trash. The position also requires completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation of activities.

• Build healthy business relationships and establish good communication with our retail customers.
• Safely unload orders at customer locations with the aid of a hand truck (dolly), manual or electric jack.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves, and displays.
• Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory.
• Count and verify order completeness with the customer; obtain signature and payment.
• Maintain designated back‑stock areas at customer locations; ensure areas are organized and free of trash.
• Verify product order with the customer to ensure accuracy.
• Collect payment and signature upon delivery.
• Check in product and pallets upon return to the warehouse, ensuring the load sheet is completed.
• Complete paperwork, including depositing checks and money orders to be turned in to the cashier.
• Refuel the truck at the end of the day.
• Communicate with sales staff about observed opportunities or challenges.
• Perform job duties in a variety of settings (grocery, convenience, bar, etc.) and under challenging weather conditions.
• Ensure company equipment is safe and in working condition; report incidents or unsafe conditions immediately to the supervisor.
• Operate all company equipment safely in accordance with company policy.
• Build displays as required.
• Complete a pre‑trip and post‑trip inspection of the truck; document and report any problems to be corrected.
• Maintain and keep the assigned company vehicle clean at all times.
• Meet all DOT and Ben E. Keith standards of safety and compliance regarding the vehicle as well as driving, loading, and unloading.
• Project a friendly, professional image at all times.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Prioritize multiple, competing priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to operate/drive a single‑axle truck with a 27‑ft trailer.
• Position requires a Texas Class A CDL driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic computer skills preferred.
• High school graduate or GED required.

Driver safety is important to Ben E. Keith. We use dash cameras with artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events, and improve driver safety performance. The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.
