Job Summary
An opportunity for an experienced Publications leader to drive high-quality scientific communications delivery, lead large teams, and manage client engagements. The role combines functional expertise, people leadership, and business growth, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Quality Excellence
Lead publications teams to deliver high-quality scientific documents
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and compliance
Conduct robust review and quality checks across deliverables
2. Team & People Leadership
Manage Team Leads and large teams to drive productivity and efficiency
Coach, mentor, and build capability across functional and leadership levels
Drive hiring, retention, and succession planning
3. Operations & Process Excellence
Monitor project metrics, utilization, and delivery performance
Identify gaps and implement CAPA, process improvements, and training interventions
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
Engage with clients to understand processes, governance, and expectations
Partner with Account/Alliance teams to strengthen relationships
Ensure effective communication and escalation management
5. Business Growth & Account Management
Own revenue, billing, forecasting, and budget for assigned accounts
Drive account growth through farming and cross-selling
Support business development through client mapping and opportunity identification

Key Requirements
15+ years of strong experience in scientific publications/medical writing leadership
Proven track record in team management, client engagement, and delivery excellence
Experience in account management and business development
Strong understanding of process improvement, quality frameworks, and compliance
