Construction and Engineering Inspector

Work as a Construction and Engineering Inspector to ensure the quality of highway projects. Perform inspections and offer technical guidance to enhance construction practices.

This regular full-time position requires expertise in roadway construction as well as safety and risk management knowledge. You'll handle inspections, provide training, and maintain compliance with construction specifications. Clear, effective communication will be key when documenting fieldwork and interacting with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect construction sites for quality assurance

• Provide training and technical guidance to team members

• Adhere to safety and health management policies

• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections

• Collaborate with internal and external personnel for reporting

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Technology Diploma or related training

• Proven experience in roadway construction

• Valid Manitoba Class 5F driver's license required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Willingness to work extended hours or travel
