Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information in line with site policies, and report discrepancies through established procedures;
Support day-to-day operations by observing for facility issues, following post orders, and completing assigned reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related activity
