Job Scope
- Case management
- Engage with clients and professionals towards closure and transfer of cases
- Coordinate with officers and agencies on case triage
- Provide administrative support
- Draft emails, referral forms, and closure reports to relevant agencies
- Update data and upload necessary documents into the case management system
- Possess a Diploma in Social Science or related fields
- Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team
- Meticulous and experienced in handling data
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders
