Job Details
- Working Hours – Mon to Thurs 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm
- Monthly Salary – up to $3,160
- Work Location – Thomson, Central Region
- Agency – Government Agency, 12‑month contract
- Process applicants according to scheme eligibility
- Assign cases to relevant partner agencies
- Upload referral documents and maintain case records
- Monitor long outstanding cases and follow up with agencies for updates
- Prepare and send official correspondence to clients
- Complete case closure procedures
- Liaise with technical teams to resolve system issues
- Extract and compile case data for reporting purposes
- Degree in any relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
