Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain climate control and HVAC systems at customer sites.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Perform system commissioning, functional testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, controls, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless system integration with customer infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed commissioning, service, and maintenance reports, including recommendations for improvements.
- Provide on-site training to customers and colleagues on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, parts, or products during site visits and feedback to the service office.
- Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and service resources in good working condition.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sustainable growth of the maintenance base.
- Contribute feedback and insights to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- At least NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical systems, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience in servicing and troubleshooting HVAC systems in a customer-facing role is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with climate control systems or similar products is an added advantage.
