Salary Range: $24.00 To $30.00 Hourly

Breakthrough MEP is hiring a motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our growing commercial plumbing team. We are looking for dependable individuals who want to build a long‑term career in the plumbing and construction industry while learning from experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some plumbing, construction, or trade experience who is ready to develop hands‑on skills in commercial plumbing installation, jobsite safety, blueprint reading, material handling, and field production.

As an Apprentice Plumber, you will assist with commercial plumbing installations while learning industry best practices, including:

• Assist Journeyman and Master Plumbers on active commercial job sites
• Learn to read blueprints, plumbing plans, and construction drawings
• Support installation of plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and related materials
• Learn proper material handling, jobsite organization, and production planning
• Assist with quality control checks and jobsite inspections
  
  Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety procedures
  
  Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites
  
  Communicate effectively with field crews, supervisors, and office staff
  
  Assist with daily reports, photos, and basic project documentation
  
  Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety standards

• 1–2 years of plumbing, construction, or trade experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in outdoor jobsite conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in building a long‑term career in commercial plumbing
