Join the team as a W and WW Operator in Geraldton, ON, where your contributions will ensure water safety and compliance. Experience a dynamic work environment focusing on operational excellence and teamwork.

We are seeking a full-time professional for a fixed six-month term at our facility located at 320 Clark Street

E. The ideal candidate should hold an Operator-in-Training (OIT) certificate or equivalent in water and wastewater management, with solid knowledge of relevant regulations. You'll perform maintenance, sample collection, and interpret results to enhance facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain water and wastewater facilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and sample collection

• Interpret maintenance manuals and technical specifications

• Respond to orders and work overtime as needed

• Keep accurate logs and communicate effectively

Requirements:

• OIT to Class IV certificate in Water/Wastewater

• Valid Class G driver’s license

• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act

• Experience in plumbing and electrical repair

• Strong analytical and communication skills
