Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs using appropriate techniques

Requirements:

• Registration with CNO as a Registered Nurse

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

• Community care experience is preferred

• Reliability and flexibility in schedule

• Willingness to travel to patient residences
