JOB SUMMARY:

TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Molding Operator. This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.

• 1st Shift - $17.25/ hour
• 2nd Shift - $18.40/ hour
• 3rd Shift - $18.30/ hour

• Monday - Friday
• 8 hour shifts
• 3 Shifts

• Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job information
• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect and pack product in accordance with the job pack
• Inspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to insure defect free
• Maintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly condition
• Provide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Simultaneous use of hand tools and parts
• Communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issues
• Complete all other duties, as assigned

• Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing, occasional walking and some light lifting
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend written English
• Must be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
• Regular on-site attendance is required

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to stand for entire scheduled shift
