Excellent opportunity for a Clinic Marketing Coordinator in a Tigard Holistic Medical Clinic. Our office is in the Tigard Triangle.
We are looking for candidates who have reasonable experience in either marketing or familiarity with medical practices and a desire to expand their experience in internal and external marketing.
This is a PART TIME PERMANENT position and will typically require 15-25 hours / week. Tuesdays are required.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in community outreach.
• Generate regular content to post on our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, other social networks as needed and writing blog posts.
• A willingness to learn and engage with our social media networks
• Assisting in planning and coordinating external events such as fundraisers and parties.
Additional responsibilities as needed:
• Greet patients in a warm, welcoming manner. Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and reminder calls.
• Scheduling patients and managing recalls.
• Enter accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Verify patient’s information is accurate and up to date.
• Obtain insurance information and route for benefit and eligibility verification.
• Submit insurance pre authorizations with all required attachments.
• Accurately collecting payments at check out.
• Track, collect, and enter all money received from patient co-pays, process credit card payments and outstanding balances while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Ensure the privacy and security of protected health information per HIPAA rules
• May be required to room patients or clean exam rooms.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by Office Manager as needed.
We are looking for great interpersonal skills, the ability to pay close attention to detail, learn quickly, and be dependable.

Position Requirements
High School,   1 to 2 Years work experience
• Social media Optimization experience preferred
• Experience within the medical, health and wellness or alternative health industry preferred
• Ability to answer multi line phones
• Previous HIPAA training or education
• Ability to work with others, work in a front of office setting
• Marketing or event planning experience preferred
• Administrative experience required
