Job Description

Brookdale Sakonnet Bay is hiring LPNs for Assisted Living and Memory Care. This position includes shift options such as weekly weekend shifts, part‑time rotations, and per diem all‑shift coverage.

• Weekends 3 p‑9 p (Memory Care)
• Part Time 7 a‑3 p – Every Other Weekend (Assisted Living)
• Part Time 4 p‑8 p – Every Other Weekend (Assisted Living)
• Per Diem – all shifts

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor resident care according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
• Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.

• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.

Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
