Position: 品質保証アシスタントマネージャー/ Quality Assurance Assistant Manager - Tokyo
A global retail company is in need of a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager. The candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for ensuring the company’s products meet customers’ quality expectations.
Work with the function head to create quality strategies
Provide training for control systems in stores and logistics centres
Assist stores in managing customer issues and questions related to quality
Implement crisis management procedures
Ensure regular communication with quality regulatory agencies
Develop quality audit plans
Bachelor’s degree or above
Related experience in product development, product introduction, quality assurance, or quality control
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, internet, etc.)
Native level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English (TOEIC 740+)
