- Pay Range: $19-26 per hour based on experience
- Help diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems alongside an experienced lead technician.
- Shadow lead technicians to learn how to educate customers on their systems, set clear expectations, and provide top-tier service.
- Learn how to identify system enhancements, provide accurate options, and contribute to company growth benchmarks.
- Understand how to explain the value of high-efficiency equipment to clients so they can make informed choices.
- Assist with basic startups and routine maintenance for residential HVAC equipment.
- Maintain open communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Shadow coordination efforts with other service trades, contractors, and vendors as needed.
- Keep the company truck clean, organized, and properly stocked with parts and materials.
- Participate in morning meetings, trade shows, training programs, and retreats
- 0–2 years of residential HVAC experience (trade school graduates or field helpers welcome).
- EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification is preferred.
- Ownership of standard personal hand tools (specialty gauges/meters will be taught/provided).
- A valid driver’s license, a clean background/drug screen, and the desire to be better tomorrow than you are today
- Ability to frequently climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and stand or kneel for long periods.
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and heavier equipment with assistance.
