Join HOOPP as a Receptionist and be the first point of contact for clients. Welcome visitors, manage service requests, and support daily administrative needs in a vibrant environment.
This Receptionist position involves managing the visitor management system and ensuring all guests are properly registered upon arrival. You'll contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while executing various administrative duties. Your professionalism and dedication will shine as you liaise with property management and provide coffee service in meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and register guests promptly
• Coordinate meeting room schedules successfully
• Maintain the tidiness of reception and meeting spaces
• Handle incoming calls effectively
• Process day-pass cards for employees
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of general office experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong computer skills for administration tasks
• Reliability and punctuality in attendance
• Familiarity with Ccure is a plus
