Livingston is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with at least 6 years in related fields. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and filter communications while ensuring confidentiality.
Your role is pivotal in maintaining smooth executive operations, agile problem-solving, and fostering team relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize the Executive's calendar and prioritize scheduling
• Ensure efficient meeting logistics and follow-up on action items
• Monitor and filter inbound communications for essential information
• Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the Executive
• Organize projects, track milestones, and prepare reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational and planning abilities
