In your role with Canada's Public Company Audit Regulator, you'll work alongside the Corporate Secretary and the CEO, managing crucial board and committee responsibilities. Your tasks will include scheduling meetings, organizing agendas, and ensuring the accuracy of minute taking, along with supporting various legal documentation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for board and committee meetings
• Oversee the creation and management of meeting agendas
• Assist in minute taking during discussions
• Support legal administrative functions including contract tracking
• Aid in preparing materials for board reviews and meetings
Requirements:
• Background in supporting corporate boards and executives
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with governance software like Diligent Boards
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
Contribute your skills in governance and client service to support CPAB’s mission.
