The Program Coordinator will manage daily operations for the Doctor of Ministry program, providing essential support to the Program Director, instructors, and students. With over five years of relevant administrative experience preferred, you will be responsible for maintaining program databases, organizing events, and fostering effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Program Director and coordinators
• Maintain DMin databases and course webpages
• Arrange logistics for program events on and off campus
• Facilitate interactions between students and faculty
• Coordinate onboarding for new sessional faculty
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or business administration training
• Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
• Familiarity with graduate theological education preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
