The Opportunity:
A fast-growing healthcare organization is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist to support its expansion by documenting workflows, creating SOPs, and improving operational consistency across multiple locations. This role is strictly operational, with no finance or accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop process documentation and SOPs to support new site rolloutsMap workflows for clinic openings, patient acquisition, and service deliveryAttend meetings to capture discussions, identify process gaps, and document solutionsCollaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to refine and standardize operationsAssist in developing training materials to ensure staff adherence to best practicesUtilize Visio (license provided) and Word to create clear and structured workflow documentationEnsure documentation is scalable, actionable, and adaptable for future growthRequirements
Strong communication skills to document workflows effectivelyExperience in operations, process improvement, or SOP developmentProven ability to create structured, user-friendly documentationFamiliarity with Visio (or willingness to learn) for workflow diagram creationProject management (PMP) experience is a plus but not requiredNext Steps:
