Join TPH as a Project Advisor in Digital Printing, where you'll focus on customer inquiries and ensure efficient processing of project work orders. This full-time, onsite role requires a polished and professional approach in a busy Downtown Toronto setting.
As a Project Advisor, you'll assist the Manager in addressing customer needs while producing detailed estimates quickly. Your responsibilities will include expediting orders, verifying customer data, and preparing artwork for printing. Attention to detail and strong leadership skills are vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Manager in managing customer inquiries
• Develop clear estimates based on specifications
• Expedite work orders into production seamlessly
• Ensure customer account accuracy
• Prepare print-ready files from provided artwork
Requirements:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat
• Experience with customer service, particularly in retail
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and urgency
• Excellent written and verbal skills
