Corporate Travel Consultant: FCM takes a holistic approach to corporate travel, managing national and global travel programs for medium and large businesses. FCM is part of Flight Centre Travel Group and operates with a global network and local expertise.
Our opportunity involves arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives, including air, car, hotel and ground transportation. You will participate in three weeks of paid training before starting. You will handle air, car, rail and ground transportation bookings, ticketing, changes, exchanges, and queue management, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Business hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, Monday – Friday. A typical schedule includes a 40-hour work week with five 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel, considering Canadian-specific travel requirements
- Build rapport with Canadian business travelers to ensure their travel needs are handled by a trusted Corporate Travel team
- Ensure accurate and timely reservations while meeting travelers’ needs
- Adhere to company guidelines for customer service, PNRS documentation, profiles, ticketing, invoicing, and accuracy throughout
- Comply with Canadian travel policies and regulations
- Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply this knowledge to travel arrangements
- Provide consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
- Inform clients about necessary travel documents and health requirements
- Handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges involving complex international fares
- Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruption
- Promote an inclusive, safe work environment for team members from diverse backgrounds
- 2+ years of recent, corporate travel management experience, with understanding of Canadian business travelers
- In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance
- OPC/TICO Certification or ability to complete within 30 days of employment
- Experience with quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Proficiency in ticketing, scripting, and handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges
- Ability to navigate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs to meet client requirements
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality
- Quick and effective decision-making to resolve travel-related issues

Location – Toronto, Ontario
For this position, compensation includes an annual salary of approximately $50,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on targets. On target earnings are expected to be between $50,000 and $57,000. This posting reflects an active vacancy;
