In this full-time position located at Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto, you will work 37.5 hours a week, available during shifts from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Prior customer service experience and strong verbal communication are crucial. You also need to be goal-oriented and proficient in navigating multiple systems while assisting customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Resolve account issues with tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation
• Collaborate with team members for optimal service delivery
• Ensure adherence to attendance and professional standards
Requirements:
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Capable of typing and managing time efficiently
• A criminal background check is mandatory
