Part-Time Mental Health Educator GTA

Enhance workplace mental health as a part-time Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Momenta Clinic in the Greater Toronto Area. Facilitate both online and in-person workshops that empower communities.

In this role, you'll deliver workshops and support the creation of asynchronous training modules across Toronto and the GTA. The ideal candidate is charismatic and experienced, with a strong background in educational facilitation. You will also lead specialized workshops on topics such as psychological safety and employee distress management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Mental Health First Aid training sessions

• Support development of training materials and modules

• Facilitate additional mental health workshops as needed

• Maintain a high standard of participant engagement

• Represent Momenta Clinic with professionalism and compassion

Requirements:

• Certified MHFA Instructor with 1–3+ years of facilitation

• Strong group communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable with virtual platforms and technology

• Reliable and organized for travel across GTA

• Experience in psychotherapy or corporate wellness is a plus
