Become the Associate Vice President of Engineering at League, where you will lead the delivery of cutting-edge consumer health applications.
This role offers flexibility with remote options available in Canada and the US while being a part of our vibrant Toronto office community.
In this key leadership role, you will provide vision and direction to teams comprising 3-5 engineering managers and approximately 35 engineers dedicated to building member-facing applications. Your expertise in software architecture, delivery accountability, and AI fluency will drive the development of reliable, high-quality health experiences. Effective communication with clients will also be essential to ensuring project success and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set technical direction for member-facing applications
• Conduct architectural reviews for major features
• Ensure accountability for project delivery from start to finish
• Build strong relationships with strategic enterprise clients
• Collaborate on technical scopes with product management
Requirements:
• 12+ years in software engineering
• Five years managing engineering teams
• Experience in SaaS product delivery
• Strong architectural background in microservices
• Active in using AI in engineering workflows
