Turner & Townsend is looking for a strategic leader to develop a standardized estimating framework in its Energy and Natural Resources division. This role emphasizes building and scaling an efficient estimating team, overseeing project benchmarking, and acting as an advisor for cost strategies. Your expertise will drive successful project outcomes in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement estimating frameworks for transmission programs
• Mentor and lead a high-performing estimating team
• Oversee cost planning, benchmarking, and estimate assurance
• Integrate estimating with project controls and commercial governance
• Engage clients with strategic cost and risk advice
Requirements:
• 12-15+ years estimating experience in infrastructure projects
• Expertise in transmission lines and switchyards
• Experience in building estimating frameworks
• Strong understanding of CAPEX project delivery
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
