Key Responsibilities:

• Independently design and manage mechanical projects

• Prepare calculations and project specifications

• Generate accurate mechanical drawings using CAD software

• Collaborate with clients and consultants effectively

• Support construction teams with technical insights

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC and plumbing design experience

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Certified Professional Engineer (P. Eng)

• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM - Revit

• Capable communicator with interpersonal skills
