Zena Tech is looking for a meticulous Land Survey CAD Technician to join its team. Ideal candidates will have a strong proficiency in Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, or Micro Station, and an understanding of survey principles.

Your role will focus on preparing as-built documents, boundary surveys, and topographic mapping, supporting ongoing projects in AI and advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit survey and CAD drawings to reflect design intent

• Draft topographic plans from field survey data

• Reference point cloud data with Autodesk ReCap techniques

• Verify accuracy of property boundaries and survey limits

• Maintain CAD drawing standards and consistency

Requirements:

• Expertise in Civil 3D drafting for surveys

• Understanding of data processing and visualization tools

• Solid basis in surveying concepts and documentation

• High attention to detail and accuracy
