Key Responsibilities:
• Develop System Safety Management Systems for railway projects
• Create Safety Plans and Assurance Reports per EN standards
• Lead risk analysis and hazard identification activities
• Define comprehensive safety requirements for systems
• Ensure accurate documentation of Safety Integrity Levels (SIL)
Requirements:
• Active P.Eng designation or eligibility in a Canadian province
• 8+ years' experience in System Safety Management
• Familiarity with EN50126, EN50128, and EN50129 standards
• Strong background in risk reduction strategies
• Capability to promote safety competency in teams
