Become a Live Video Streaming Specialist with Deltatre, working in Toronto's operations center. Deliver exceptional support for global live sports broadcasts through skilled video operations.
This role involves on-site support during live events, focusing on operational efficiency and quality assurance. Collaborate closely with supervisors and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication. Flexibility is important as shifts include evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality controls for live broadcasts
• Engage with clients to manage live operations
• Escalate issues to stakeholders for timely resolution
• Accurately follow documentation and raise concerns
Requirements:
• Proven experience in computer-based live streaming
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfort in making decisions under pressure
• Practical knowledge of AWS Elemental Encoders preferred
• Interest in sports to enhance event understanding
