As a Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for timely financial reporting, vendor data management, and assisting with month-end processes. This role demands excellent planning and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the finance functions. Your ability to resolve discrepancies and liaise with the internal finance team will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurately reported financial information
• Manage vendor client relations and data management
• Assist in month-end financial close processes
• Review and approve expense reports for payment
• Support job costing and billing accuracy
Requirements:
• College or university business degree
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential
• Experience with SAP is a value add
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities required
