Position: VP Compliance & Privacy Officer at DUCA
Lead compliance efforts at DUCA as the Vice President, Compliance (CAMLO & Privacy Officer). Oversee anti-money laundering, privacy issues, and regulatory compliance in a full-time role.

The Vice President, Compliance (CAMLO & Privacy Officer) is critical in guiding DUCA's compliance framework. With over 10 years of experience in financial services, you will lead a high-performing team and ensure adherence to anti-money laundering and privacy regulations. This leadership role requires interaction with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to execute compliance strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the compliance team and set organizational compliance framework

• Develop policies for monitoring, testing, and reporting compliance

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and auditors

• Evaluate compliance risks through regular assessments

• Oversee privacy investigations and reporting activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Finance, or Law

• 10+ years of leading compliance in financial services

• 5+ years in senior management roles

• CAMS and CIPP/c designations preferred

• Strong knowledge of AML and privacy regulations
