We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Product Manager to lead the development of our 3D virtual environments and AI‑powered avatars. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic lead and driver behind the roadmap, product vision, and cross‑functional execution of these platforms. From user discovery to product delivery, you’ll own the lifecycle, acting as the “CEO of the product” while collaborating closely with developers, designers, educators, and stakeholders.

- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Meta Lingo and In Person
- Translate high‑level organizational goals into actionable product strategies and milestones
- Collaborate with developers, designers, educators, and external partners to turn user needs into functional, scalable product features
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile workflows
- Drive product discovery, ideation, and rapid iteration based on user feedback and data
- Monitor performance, user behavior, and product analytics to inform continuous improvement
- Act as the voice of the user—whether that’s a 10‑year‑old student or a corporate training entity
- Make informed product decisions independently and lead cross‑functional teams through ambiguity
- Maintain a strong grasp of AI, XR, and UX best practices for accessibility and performance
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar strategic, product‑led role
- Proven track record of owning products from concept to launch in a fast‑paced or startup environment
- Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action and proactive problem‑solving
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience working with EdTech, AI products, SaaS platforms, or immersive technologies is a significant asset
- Technical fluency—comfortable discussing system architecture, performance, and design decisions with engineering and UX teams
- Deep user empathy and strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience with modern tools like Git Hub Copilot, Claude, or Figma is a plus
- A passion for learning, innovation, and social impact
