As Texada expands, we need an SDR Manager to lead a team of three focused on mid-market and enterprise deals. You'll be deeply involved in metrics, ensuring SDR success while fostering a culture of experimentation with cutting-edge tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily SDR performance and pipeline effectiveness

• Coach on prospecting strategies and conversation analytics

• Manage the hiring and onboarding process for new SDRs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS sales development
