Join Manulife/John Hancock as a Lead Reliability Engineer, spearheading Azure Kubernetes Services and optimizing platform efficiencies. This role is hybrid, with three days in-office and two remote.

At Manulife / John Hancock, the Lead Reliability Engineer operates at the director level as an individual contributor. You will manage Azure Kubernetes Services and CI/CD pipelines while developing best practices and KPIs for platform services. Your expertise will drive platform evolutions, ensuring superior performance and client satisfaction across multiple technologies.
