As the Technical Learning Manager, you'll oversee and enhance existing programs for technical professionals, including compliance training and AI upskilling initiatives. Your collaborative work with HRBPs and leadership will ensure the effective integration of technical training across Lyft’s technology landscape, establishing well-structured educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage Lyft's technical learning portfolio
• Develop programs addressing skill gaps in engineering
• Partner with stakeholders for successful program execution
• Embed AI topics into training initiatives for relevance
• Maintain up-to-date learning materials for easy access
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in technical program management
• Proven experience with technical education and program delivery
• Strong skills in managing cross-functional relationships
• Knowledge of AI/ML education and compliance training
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
