Info-Tech Research Group is seeking a Co-op Service Desk Technician for the Fall 2026 term in Toronto. This full-time position requires hands-on technical skills and customer service experience. Key responsibilities include configuring computers, managing IT inventory, and assisting users with onboarding while ensuring all systems are operational.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect, test, and repair computer hardware
• Prepare and image computers for deployment
• Manage incoming/outgoing IT asset shipments
• Assist new hires with equipment setup
• Track IT equipment inventory and manage audits
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Computer Systems program
• Preferred customer service experience
• Interest in technology and independent work
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
