Enhance your IT career as an IT Specialist Level 2 with SYSTRA Canada. Provide crucial L1–L2 support while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in Toronto.
As part of a joint venture project, SYSTRA Canada seeks an IT Specialist who can effectively manage IT operations amidst a diverse group of 150 employees.
Your role will encompass substantial support for Windows/M365 applications, system compliance, and asset management. Strong organizational skills will be vital as you coordinate changes and communicate within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L1–L2 support via Service Now and iTop
• Oversee workstation deployment and software configuration
• Conduct daily IT stand-up meetings with the team
• Serve as liaison with cybersecurity teams for compliance
• Produce reports on operational performance and risk management
Requirements:
• DEP or DEC in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5-6 years in Level 2 support roles
• Skilled in Service Now ITSM and configuration management
• Experience with Windows and Azure AD is essential
• Proficient in both English and French
