As part of BDO’s Learning Technology team, this 12-month replacement position requires a proactive individual to manage scheduling, tracking, and reporting across various platforms like Workday and Percipio. Your organizational skills will help improve program accessibility and efficiency, while your communication will ensure clarity between stakeholders and program owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison between program owners and tech team
• Utilize AI tools to streamline communications
• Organize logistics for learning sessions and cohorts
• Administer learning platforms and user engagement
• Track attendance and program data for reporting
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in HR or learning coordination roles
• Proven multitasking and organization capabilities
• Skill in scheduling and managing virtual sessions
• Knowledgeable with Excel and data reporting
• Strong communication aptitude for stakeholder interaction
